Our After Schools Club is a child care facility which provides care for local Primary School children between the ages of 4 – 11 years.
A school pick-up service is provided to 3 local Primary Schools, Abbey, Castle Gardens and Victoria Primary.
The Club operates term time from 2pm – 6pm Monday to Friday and Holiday Clubs from 8.00am – 6.00pm. The Centre closes on Public Holidays, 1 week at Christmas and 2 weeks in July.
A homework room is provided for children who wish to use it. Parents must check all homework.
An Afternoon snack is provided.
Please contact the Office for our Fees. Preferred payment of fees would be by Bank Transfer into our Account, however cash or cheque are also acceptable. Reductions apply for more than one sibling attending per family.
All fees are payable in advance and sent out monthly. A late payment fee of £10 will be added to overdue accounts each week until the Account is settled.
If you experience difficulty in payment of account, please speak to the Manager immediately to avoid arrears.
No refund is given for illness, but if a child is absent due to long term illness, or holidays during term time, a retainer fee will be charged. One month’s notice or one month’s payment is required for cancellation of places.
The Club is a community business and is run by a Board of Directors, all profits will be used to promote and enhance childcare provision with the Club and the local community.
The Club is staffed by fully qualified Childcare Workers and is registered by the Department of Health and Social Services.
All parents who are seeking a placement for their child must complete a registration form and pay the registration fee of £10 (non refundable)
